Updating Contact Information
AIM has partnered with Irish Online, the online community of the Notre Dame Alumni Association, to manage the contact information of AIM alumni. By connecting with Irish Online, AIM alumni can easily provide the most up-to-date contact information to AIM, the Notre Dame Alumni Association and various other University departments in one central place.
Why You Should Update
By regularly updating your contact information, you will help ensure that any correspondence from not only AIM, but also the University of Notre Dame (including football ticket applications) is correctly sent to you. In addition, by providing information in all of the fields below, you will be doing your part to help ensure that the AIM directory search within Irish Online remains a very valuable tool for all AIM alumni.
How To Update
After logging in to Irish Online, click the Update My Profile link in the My Profile section of the home page.
What To Update
Within the Update My Profile section of Irish Online, you will likely use the Edit Contact Information, Email Addresses, and Employment Information link the most. After selecting that link, we strongly suggest that you provide current information in the following fields:
- Contact Information: Home Address
- Contact Information: Home City
- Contact Information: Home State
- Contact Information: Home Zip Code
- Contact Information: Home Country
- Contact Information: Cell Phone
- E-mail Addresses: Preferred Email Address
- Employment Information: Name of Primary Employer
- Employment Information: Field of Work
- Employment Information: Job Title
- Employment Information: Work Address Title
- Employment Information: Work Address
- Employment Information: Work City
- Employment Information: Work State
- Employment Information: Work Zip Code
- Employment Information: Work Country
- Employment Information: Work Phone
